Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge €4.90 shipping costs.
We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):
We deliver free shipping for orders over €40.00.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge €4.90 shipping costs.
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross value of goods):
For orders over €40.00 we deliver free of charge abroad.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 4 - 9 working days, for deliveries abroad within 9 - 12 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further payment details
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
