Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge €5.90 shipping costs.
We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (Gross value of goods):
We deliver free shipping for orders over €50.00.
Deliveries abroad:
We charge shipping costs of €5.90.
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross value of goods):
From an order value of 50.00 € we deliver free of charge abroad.
Delivery times
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within 4 - 9 working days within Germany (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 9 - 12 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Note Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More details about payment
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
